Job description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, and more.
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be vital in developing and managing our learning and development programs. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our learners, designing engaging learning experiences, and ensuring the smooth execution of training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop learner personas with detailed profiles, including learning styles, needs, and goals.
  • Craft learning journeys for each persona, outlining modules, topics, and assessments.
  • Recommend appropriate learning formats (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, microlearning) based on learner preferences and content complexity.
  • Establish clear learning objectives and success metrics for each training program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand development processes and timelines.
  • Create detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and responsible parties.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Recommend tools and processes to improve the visibility and communication of the development timeline.
  • Content Review and Optimization:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of training materials for usability, accessibility, and relevance.
  • Provide detailed feedback on training materials' content, design, and user experience.
  • Recommend specific improvements and optimizations to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Develop mockups or wireframes to illustrate proposed design changes.
  • Training Delivery and Management:
  • Develop comprehensive training plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and communication strategies.
  • Manage the development process of training materials, including vendor relationships and quality control.
  • Coordinate and execute training delivery activities, including instructor recruitment, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement reporting procedures to track training participation, feedback, and impact.
  • Analyze training data and provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience developing and managing content in SAP EnableNow required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development for SAP ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The US base range for this contract position is $70-$85/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
