Our global fulfillment centers reach an area of 1,200,000 m² across more than 30 countries, including two intelligent fulfillment centers in the UK and the U.S. that use AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). Job Description
Cultivate executive-level customer relationships to drive profitability and expansion, exploring new business opportunities beyond the existing customer base.
Craft client-specific value propositions for outsourced services, tracking performance against objectives, business growth, and offering strategic business consultancy.
Identify and pursue profitable business ventures.
Mobilize additional company resources for successful business pursuits.
Negotiate business terms within the context of contract templates.
Achieve specified revenue and pipeline goals, ensuring robust customer satisfaction and meeting gross profit margin metrics.
Direct a team of Business Development professionals to contribute to company growth and profit targets.
Required Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
An MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in the logistics industry is required.
At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales/Business Development is required.
Preferably, 2+ years of dedicated/shared delivery experience.
