FabFitFun is searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team! Reporting to our Head of Corporate + Business Development, this person will support the discovery and execution of potential business extensions and initiatives of FFF. They will be a self-motivated sales or Business Development professional who is eager to seek out and close high value partnerships for the company.
Ideal candidates have a successful track record of taking top of funnel ownership for top 3PL or logistics-related companies
Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood,CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment and will not be eligible for remote. Some travel may be required to our Fulfillment Center in Chino, CA as they are trained and accustomed to our 3PL capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and promote product offerings related to sourcing and 3PL capabilities
- Generate untapped and potential initiatives including, but not limited to, M&A, retail strategies, and corporate gifting
- Lead the execution of owned and related deals
- Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with existing and potential partners
- Prepare and present strategic decks
- Form strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders across all facets of the business
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years working as a sales development representative with an emphasis on prospecting and cold outreach OR 1-2 years working at an investment bank
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales KPIs
- Strong business and sales acumen, interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
- Willingness to learn on the fly and take ownership of ad hoc initiatives as they arise
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (zoominfo, linkedin sales navigator, etc)
The expected base salary range for this position is $110K-120K + commission. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
