Job description

The fastest-growing High School sport in America isn't basketball or football-it's esports-and PlayVS is the official platform for High School esports. We offer an incredible, full-stack esport platform-game integrations, team building tools, leagues, tournaments, and schedules-and our software products tie everything together into a cohesive experience.

As a Game Developer Partnerships Lead, you will establish and manage strategic partnerships with video Game Developers to drive business growth and foster mutually beneficial relationships. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure the successful execution and activation of those initiatives.

What you'll do: 
*Help manage and scale existing partnerships to drive growth across all our leagues.
*Identify new publishers to engage with, evaluate inbound requests, and effectively communicate the value proposition for each publishing partner's IP.
*Draft and deliver pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents as required.
*Build strong relationships to drive value from each key external partner.
*Build financial models to drive high ROI from partnership opportunities.
*Ability to gather and distill data to identify strategic opportunities to drive engagement and growth across all users.
*Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to support the successful development and execution of partnerships.
*Establish and track measures of success for our partners.

Qualifications:
*5+ years of strategic consulting, Business Development, or related experience.
*Dealmaker and strategic thinker who can execute in an evolving, ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
*In-depth industry experience with gaming publishers
*Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships with key business partners.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; strong in executive-level presentations.
*Balance attention to detail with swift execution. 
*Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and data management skills. 
*Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, and adaptable.
*Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and continuously evolving environment.
*Proven track record of stakeholder management.
*BA/BS degree.


$120,000 - $180,000 a year
PlayVS is proud to be a remote-first company where employees can work almost anywhere within the United States. We have a simple and transparent remote-first level-based compensation structure. The base salary range for this full-time remote position is $120,000 - $180,000, plus variable compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
