Schedule: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM; Monday – Thursday

Job Summary:
Our grinding team operates and monitors machines during production. You'll be responsible for ensuring that machines are producing quality products. You'll perform in-process inspections, checking machine output. The team is responsible for executing regular and preventative maintenance procedures, including daily cleaning of machines and work areas. Our second shift team has approximately 10 employees.

- Read Technical Drawings
- Use a micrometer, caliper, and scale
- Managing your time
- Coordinate with those in other departments
- Be flexible with regard to work responsibilities
- Must comply with the company's safety policies and standards
- Other duties as assigned
All you need is…
- Minimum High School Diploma or proof of GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic math and use of a calculator
- Be able to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment
- Manufacturing background/knowledge
