Wrap Connections is a program designed to support youth and families using a high- fidelity model that is family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based.
The Wrap team works with families to learn effective tools and strategies to help create sustainable stability and progress in the home, school, and community, utilizing a comprehensive strength-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support. Participants include the child, youth and their family; a Care Coordinator, Behavior Counselor, and Parent/Youth Partner, school personnel, other service providers, and/or other family designates.

What You Will Do
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for general office functioning including oversight of skill development and workload assignment for administrative support staff, oversight of records, maintenance of complex systems, forms, calendars, project management, and quality improvement strategies. The Administrative Supervisor is collaboratively responsible for assuring protected health information is kept safeguarded at all times.
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for acting as a designated functional expert on a variety of operations for the agency including executive support; new business development; internal communications; process assessment and improvement; research and evaluation; customer service; etc.
Shifts Available
Full Time - Hourly; Mon-Fri/8am-5pm
Salary Range
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $33.03 and $53.80. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What's needed for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college preferred. Comparable work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in office level management required or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Proficiency in graphic design, template design, and spreadsheet design/implementation preferred.
- Clean driving record required. Current CA driver's license required or ability to obtain within 10 days after hired.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
- Ability to travel, approximately 25% of time.
- Ability to multi-task, superb attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work with little supervision required.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work cooperatively and congenially with other employees, flexibility, ability to meet multiple deadlines required.
