SalaryThis position is for a green card holder or an American citizen.
Candidate is required to speak fluently French and English.
Duties include:
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet parents and students.
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook suite, Schoology
- Knowledge of Pronote and Powerschool is a big plus
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Students’ supervision during recess or in the classroom.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills.
Is scrupulously professional about attendance and punctuality.
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
