Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff.

Required qualifications:
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information upon request.
- 2 years' Experience working in a Call Center environment.
- 2 years' Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- 2 years' Lead/supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with telephone systems and telephone monitoring software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.
- 4 years' Experience in a Call Center.
- 3 years' Supervisory/management experience in a healthcare Call Center.
- Experience with any EMR system.
- Experience with Call Center telephony and reporting platform.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
