Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Experience answering phones in a professional manner.
Job Duties:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Review incoming correspondence and draft responses where appropriate; review outgoing correspondence.
- Handle telephone calls and visitors to the office and respond to questions when necessary.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and travel when necessary.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Act as the liaison among PMC staff, other DOH employees, and the public to coordinate information flow.
- Operate equipment, demonstrating skilled use of a keyboard and knowledge of Microsoft and other software to produce correspondence, reports, and other agency documents.
- Scan and save documents in electronic format.
- Perform data entry into Microsoft Access, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
- Other duties as required.

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks within a given day.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with the professional medical conduct process.
Misc. Information:
- Work Hours and Location: Full-time, 7.5 hours daily, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Organization Description: OPMC is responsible for the professional discipline of physicians, physician assistants, and specialist assistants. All complaints of misconduct are investigated.
