Your Responsibilities
- Independent processing of incoming mail as well as digitization and processing of internal and external documents
- Regular communication with suppliers to clarify various issues (e.g. reminders, invoicing, balance reconciliation)
- Participation in the creation of reports by compiling the necessary data
- Proactive involvement in process improvements in Accounting by contributing your ideas and expertise
- Active support of colleagues in the accounting department
- Gaining valuable insights into the daily business of the department and participation in operational processes
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in economics or a comparable field of study
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
- Independent and analytical way of working as well as a high level of commitment and reliability
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Access is desirable (not a mandatory requirement)
