Position Summary:Job SummaryManage a designated area in the department as assigned by the Director of Athletic Communications related to:
- Filming/live video production
- Statistics
- Digital Content/Social Media
- Primary or secondary contact for select sports
- Game Day Operations (scoreboard, camera operation, setup, and breakdown, etc.)
- Successfully execute duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Athletic Communications on daily objectives by the Athletic Communications department, including sports coverage and multimedia distribution.
- Successfully supervise student assistants on said objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Previous experience working in sports/athletic field.
- Knowledge and experience in a specific field (production, sport statistics, photography, graphic design, announcing, writing, social media, etc.)
- Availability to work over university breaks when athletics events are scheduled
- Basic knowledge of how to use common software titles including: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite
- Certain positions will require working office hours under normal business hours.
- This position is about 20 hours per week at $8.50 per hour with opportunities for raises each year.
Education Sophomore, Junior, Senior. All Majors. GPA of 3.0 or higher required. Experience
- One full year experience working in the athletic communications office required.
- MUST be available to work nights and weekends.
- Well versed in the assigned area.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Versatility and flexibility as games and staffing can change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Additional Requirements This position is paid $8.50 per hour, with an estimate of 20 hours weekly.
