- Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Manage the completion of business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal
- Utilize Alliance and AT&T systems to initiate & complete service orders, and handle customer requests
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
- Make recommendations per customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans Will be required to reach a sales quota
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Requires demonstrated problem solving skills
- Must display excellent customer service and communication skills in person and via telephone
- Must display a positive customer service attitude
- Flexibility in work hours required, must be able to work night and weekends when needed
