Medical Office Call Center Representative

Endocrine Specialists, PC is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will be a friendly and helpful first contact for patients, pharmacies, and anyone else who may call our office. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient needs at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Triaging incoming calls appropriately, addressing needs of callers in a timely manner and escalating calls where necessary
• Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Skills

• Strong customer service background
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity basic computing and internet navigation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively, and stay organized
• High school degree

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
