Windows Dept Business Manager

Allied Building Service is a family-owned Detroit-based commercial contractor that covers a wide range of building trades and various cleaning services. Our window cleaning service area includes Southeastern Michigan and expands down to Ohio.

We are looking for a person that wants to make selling a career. The ideal candidate MUST be comfortable meeting with new customers to expand our client base as well as strengthening relationships with existing customers with excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing on flyers/advertising.
• Sales: Create and pursue leads and opportunities.
• Customer Service: Main point of contact both internally and externally for the department.
• Account Management: Keep account up to date, meet customers at least annually, expand services within the account by staying in contact and aware of customer needs.
• Final Proposals: Work with team to create and deliver proposals to customers.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience selling services.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• A high comfort level with face-to-face customer interaction.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have and maintain a reliable form of transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Present self professionally in attitude and attire.
• Salesforce experience is a plus!
