What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Support the Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV Director in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.).
Develop and maintain multi-year business strategy for improving vehicle electrical performance across the Global Manufacturing footprint.
Manage the Business Planning strategy including the Business Plan Deployment (BPD) and internal processes for the organization.
Assess the execution of initiatives versus the business plan. Analyze and report out on key operating metrics such as E-FTQ, electrical warranty, and Manufacturing Cost Per Unit (MCPU).
Manage multiple budgets (operations, capital, people).
Continuously evolve and future-proof business processes to enhance operational efficiency and exceed the future needs of our stakeholders.
Identify and quantify cost reduction opportunities and handle a variety of special assignments.
Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management.
Champion a culture of foresight and innovation, encouraging the sharing of future-oriented lessons learned, best practices, and vehicle insights across assembly plant teams
Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates through future organizational and industry challenges to ensure long-term project success.
Build and nurture strategic relationships across a spectrum of functions, including electronics, software, calibration, quality, manufacturing, and program management, to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years of experience related to Manufacturing processes, project management, or business operations
Proven ability to articulate visionary concepts effectively and communicate professionally and concisely to all levels of leadership
Demonstrated project management prowess, with a deep understanding of future automotive systems and the evolution of automotive technologies
