The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors. They will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting guests as they arrive.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. They should be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Cash handling and deposits
- Process transactions through a POS system
- Understand basis exercise equipment and be able to communicate this info to members and guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Requires moderate lifting
- Position requires long periods of standing
- May require working outdoors in hot temperatures
- CPR/AED Certified
- Must have reliable transportation
