Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Temporary Office Administrative Support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position is temporary.
Duration: Immediately through the end of July
Responsibilities:
- Process daily and weekly rentals, including intake of general customer information, processing payments, and updating account information.
- Handle processing of Rent-to-Own (RTO), set up, and billing, including monthly billing through ACH payments or credit cards on file, creating summary sheets with equipment and billing details, and communicating with customers regarding updates, machine trade-outs, or payment issues.
- Manage job descriptions and posts for all locations, collaborating with each location's staff for application/interview needs, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee inventory management, updating as items are sold, purchased, traded-in, or transferred between locations.
- Review employee clock-in and out times on a weekly basis, confirming and approving PTO requests for location staff, and managing weekly schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Maintain organization of office paperwork, including quotes, rentals, sales, receipts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), occasionally creating new SOPs or implementing new organization processes as needed.
- Review customer accounts and past due status, communicate with customers regarding updated payment or past due bills, and adjust accounts in HBS (Home Business System) accordingly for deals worked out or to correct account status.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
