Crystal Ballroom Charlotte is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Day-of Wedding Coordinator to join our team. As a Day-of Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of wedding events, focusing specifically on the day of the celebration.
A successful Event Coordinator will personally contribute to the unforgettable guest experience, will be favorably viewed by supervisors and peers, and will be swift and efficient in the execution of their assigned duties. Performance will be measured by internal and external customer satisfaction, departmental tests, management evaluation, and feedback from peers.
Responsibilities include but at not limited to:
- Attend Monday BEO meetings
- Schedule and execute Mock Table Setting design meetings
- Communicate professionally and effectively with each client to ensure their vision comes to life seamlessly
- Create a day of event timeline and finalize with each client and their vendors
- Attend Event Summaries and Rehearsals
- Work directly with the Banquet Manager to conduct a team meeting and present the timeline and expectations of the event to the staff
- Day of Event coordination and set up from start to finish
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events to ensure client satisfaction
- Create a luxury experience for each and every client
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the work of the position OR equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years related industry experience
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Maintain high level of organization
- Be detail oriented
- Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility

Supplemental pay types:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
