DT Global is an international development company that spans worldwide with 5 Home Offices, more than 60 regional or satellite offices, and over 2500 employees globally. Our website is the core of our branding, our storytelling, and our information sharing to clients, partners, and employees. Ensuring a dynamic and useful website that is constantly functional is a top priority for DT Global.
Position Summary:
DT Global seeks a person or company to provide website management support on either a year-long contract, with option to renew, or through a retainer agreement. The specific agreement mechanism is to be determined, depending on rates and responses received. As part of responses to this search for a developer, we are seeking hourly and/or rates for work encompassed by the scope detailed below, including any fees to be assessed by the applicant.
The amount of time covered by the agreement will be flexible, depending on our needs during any given month. We anticipate needing no more than 10 hours per month for regular maintenance and reporting noted in the scope below. We will require that all requests are acknowledged and queued by the selected applicant within 24 hours of submission, including providing true expectations for turnaround of each request based on priority to DT Global. For major outages or other high priority issues, we ask for response within 6 hours and resolution within 12 hours.
The DT Global website is a WordPress website. Our team regularly uploads blog, news, resource, and other content to the site, and needs ongoing assistance for maintenance, fixes, and occasional new build outs.
The below list is an estimation of our needs. Please note that this is non-exhaustive.
A. Design and development adjustments and additions, such as adding or removing pages or sections, including potentially building out new page types, modules, or page functionality.
B. Functionality adjustments for frontend and backend
C. Client support and consultation
D. WordPress and plug-in update support
E. Plug-in compatibility, maintenance, and installation support
F. Fixing outages, errors and glitches
G. Other possible support as needed and agreed
H. Security reviews and enhancements as needed
I. Monthly reporting – Failure reporting, maintenance, and consulting
J. F. Regular hygiene checks
K. J. Debugging
L. K. Security Check-ups
M. L. (4-8) Hour Response Emergency Line (for security and emergency issues)
