Work with a close-knit team focused on collaborating on all marketing and operational aspects for our clients. Candidate will need to develop and implement the visual elements and user interface for websites and other digital applications. You will be responsible for translating design mockups and wireframes into responsive and dynamic web pages, primarily but not limited to WordPress. This role requires a good understanding of front-end technologies, coding languages, and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Manage content and assets within the eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce) including product images/videos, some digital copy, forms, etc. We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving the company but more importantly, making our clients happy. The ideal candidate will have a combination of understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, website development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. This role will sometimes involve learning new skills and solving problems as they arise.

- Ability to troubleshoot problems reported by clients and diagnose the root cause
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Experience working with clients/customers to help define and influence business requirements, bridging the gap between marketing and operations through development and testing to ensure that the completed work meets business needs.
- Ability to manage, track, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven ability to deliver results with minimal direction.

- Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to:
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all clients
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
- Assist with other design tasks and projects as assigned.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
- Basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS edits through Wordpress including but not limited to Websites, banners, landing pages, product pages, category pages, and blogs.
- Experience with Wordpress is a must.
- Creation of online forms (Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, etc...)
- Creation of PDF documents such as applications
- Integrations with online e-signature solutions such as Docusign, HelloSign, WPSign
- Landing page creation and integration, specifically Unbounce
- Social media post designs (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin...)
- Logo conceptualization and design
- Email templates and design (Pardot, ConstantContact, MailChimp...)
- Implementation of tracking pixels for social media platforms
- Implementation of conversion tracking for ad networks (Google Ads, Meta)
- Collaborate with the UX/UI designer to translate visual and interaction design concepts into code.
- Manager code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to front-end development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development.
- Execute tasks related to eCommerce to support other departments such as coupon code generation, product copy updates, catalog management, etc.
- Create and manage tasks in project management platform, Trello.
- Direct point of contact for any website issues.
- Administrative duties related to essential functions of the job.
- Assist with other duties and projects as requested by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or marketing (or related field) preferred
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Website Developmer/Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and processes in the digital space.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation video editing software is a plus.
