Who You Are:

A skilled WordPress developer with knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with the Elementor page builder. You are eager to dive into Website Support requests and troubleshoot with a keen eye. You’re not just a problem-solver; you’re a forward-thinker and a communicator, passionate about making a difference and ready to grow with a team that values your voice and vision.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with clients to transform their support needs into success stories.
• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites, optimizing for performance across all devices.
• Edit CSS, HTML, and PHP as needed, embracing challenges and finding innovative solutions where applicable.
• Uphold our standards of excellence in all your work, backed by a supportive team that’s always pushing forward.

What This Position Is NOT:

• You won’t be coding websites from scratch. Instead, you’ll focus on developing with the Elementor page builder, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing websites to meet our clients’ diverse needs.

We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in WordPress, CSS, and basic PHP and HTML.
• A problem-solving mindset, eager to take on challenges and deliver solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong organizational abilities.
• A passion for learning, with an openness to training, feedback, and professional development.
• Experience in or willingness to embrace a fully remote working environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Elementor page builder.
• Previous involvement in a digital agency setting, especially one focused on service professionals.
