TL:DR -Global organization who has been building out our Americas office since 2023. We are a small startup environment and need someone to build our America's website from scratch. Current website is a translation of our Korean HQ and needs major updating!
This Opportunity
Dootait is a well-established telecom company with a strong presence in Korea. We are seeking an experienced Website Developer for a freelance position, focusing on the development from scratch and maintenance of our company website for our Americas division. We are a small team and you will need to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development technologies, coupled with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Provide mock up of design for review
- Implement design changes and enhancements to improve user experience and site performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and visual aesthetics.
- Optimize website for search engine optimization (SEO) and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct regular website testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on emerging web development trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional web development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in this area and work independently
- Ability to speak Korean is a plus but not required.
