*The Duty Free Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining a Duty Free area in compliance with all US Custom Federal and ATF regulations, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

Key Accountabilities - your team is counting on you as a Warehouse Manager to:

• Comply with Federal and FDA clearing procedures as outlined in HB 3500-11 January 2012/Bonded Warehouse Manual for Customs and Border Protection Officers and Bonded Warehouse Proprietors.
• Prepare and process all applicable customs import entries (type 01, 06,11,21,22, and 31) including all types of Liquors, Tobacco, Food and P&C with CBP.
• Use ABI software to prepare and submit data entries for Customs Automated Brokerage Interface.
• Prepare inbound documents for Bonded Good Received (GR).
• Ensure timely processing of all Bonded GR packages for submission to Accounts Payable department.
• Track clearance from Customs, FDA and F&W
• Handle all correspondence with Customs, FDA and F&W
• Respond and provide documents to Customs, FDA and F&W requests
• Track expiring entries
• Complete and submit Closing PFF packages to Customs
• Supply Warehouse with Released entry folders and needed receiving documents

• Assist with Physical Inventories and Cycle counts with emphasis on bonded goods at both warehouse and shop locations when applicable.

• Create and Submit overage and shortage entries to Customs
• Create and submit Damages forms to Customs
• Conduct warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Along with the Warehouse Manager, follow all security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with a bonded warehouse.
• May perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or General Manager.
• Oversee an off-site warehouse and 2 team members

Duty Free Warehouse Manager Required Qualifications:

• US Customs Bonded warehouse knowledge
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Experience in record keeping
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• SAP Inventory Management System experience
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• 2-5 years of supervisory level experience in a retail/warehouse environment

Duty Free Warehouse Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience in a high volume, multi-unit location
• US Customs software experience
