Family owned Fireplace, Barbecue, and heater shop. Need a qualified person with understanding in plumbing, fireplaces, venting etc..

Must have valid drivers license and pass a drug test and background test. Must also have fork lift certification and experience.

Warehouse Operations Manager

This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. Is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the daily, monthly, annually fulfillment of product orders for every project.

Objectives of this Role

· Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals

· Develop Warehouse Operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

· Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

· Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics including Evosus application.

· Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

· Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

· Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed

Meet regularly with warehouse leads and installs to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention

 

● Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages and project orders.

● Responsible for stock accuracy and reporting along with documentation and keeping accurate records or warehouse activities including data entry and maintenance of stock items, locations, and zones.

● Responsible for tracking maintenance on technician’s vehicles and reporting when oil, brakes, tires etc. are needed.

● Check scheduling room and communicate with scheduling manager to make sure product is here and ready for installation.

● Receive sales orders and process PO’s

● Set up inventory areas and location – add bins

● Be knowledgeable on all replacement parts we have in inventory so you can help customers with their needs.

● Maintain any changes that the factory provides and keep Evosus current with product and pricing.

● Arrive by 7:30am to open doors and work with technicians to load truck for the day.

● Check in and out product they take and bring back for return or stock for future installations.

● Create claim forms and track defective product for warranty from manufactures.

● Identify incoming product with sales orders and names.

● Wash and dry drop cloths on daily or needed duty.

● Maintain inventory of pipe fittings, plastic gas pipe and fittings, CSST pipe and fittings.

● Work all home shows when needed (Spring and Fall)

● Make sure other warehouse assistant has his daily duties done and schedule other projects to fill up the day.
