Warehouse Administrator

Our mission at Imagine USA is to help our clients navigate dentistry’s digital transition more easily so they can deliver the highest quality, most precise, consistent, and cost-effective implant prosthetics to their customers. Since 2010 we have been a reliable outsourcing partner by providing CAD/CAM custom fabricated prosthetics to dental laboratories. We’ve since grown to include providing dental clinics and labs with the hardware, software, and supplies needed to manufacture dental prosthetics in house.

We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our Fullerton, CA office. This position will report to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated and reliable with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing inventory management system to pick, pack and ship daily orders
• Labeling and packaging of products
• Receiving and validating inbound shipments for proper storage
• Quality control of goods while packaging product
• Ensuring compliance by accurately following all vendor and shipping guidelines and maintaining proper communication with involved teams

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year warehouse or inventory experience
• 1 year order fulfillment experience
• Computer experience, preferred
• Salesforce experience, preferred

• 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
