Office Warehouse Administrator

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
- RMA testing and reporting.
- Assist warehouse team on projects.
- Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning.
- Organize catering, snacks, coffee, or other refreshments as needed.
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient.
- Maintain corporate vehicles such as managing vehicle registrations and ensuring that is up to date, managing smoke checks, car insurance, annual services…. etc.
- Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support.
- Warehouse shipping and receiving, storage control.
- Back up to the RMA team
- Products repair/recondition.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or AA
- Prior experience handling administrative or HR responsibilities or related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
90-Day Expectations
Over the next 90 days, we anticipate our new hire to seamlessly integrate into our team and play a pivotal role in various key responsibilities. First and foremost, we expect the individual to take charge of controlling our US inventory, demonstrating a keen ability to refurbish and optimize stock levels. Additionally, a strong focus will be placed on mastering the manual transfer procedure (TRO), ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the seamless flow of goods within our operations. Beyond logistical functions, we trust our new team member to take charge of organizing and managing the office lunch orders, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Moreover, we look forward to their proactive involvement in overseeing office administration budgets, demonstrating financial acumen and attention to detail. As the role encompasses various other tasks, we are confident that the new hire will bring dedication, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to contribute meaningfully to our team's success within the first 90 days and beyond.
