Warehouse Administrator

Administrative Lead: 

• Prepares all paperwork for the shift based on the daily production plan 

• Executes the daily production plan, including preparation for any line changeovers 

• Audits inventory and performs line clearances 

• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. 

• Orders new supplies in a timely manner 

• Constantly work to improve processes 

• Optimize employee workflow, Make suggestions for productivity improvements 

• Performs QC checks 

• Communicate and collaborate with other team members 

• Train, guide, and evaluate new workers 

• Performs other related duties as directed 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. 

• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. 

• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. 

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

• Ability to move around the warehouse.
