the girl & the fig in Sonoma is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team at the girl & the fig CATERS.
We are a restaurant group with multiple locations in the Sonoma Valley, which includes the girl & the fig in Sonoma, the fig café in Glen Ellen, the girl & the fig CATERS!, Suite D, and our FIGfood product line. TheWarehouse Administratorassists our Catering Director and Catering Chef with the overall operations of the catering warehouse, including organization, inventory maintenance, and maintenance of company vehicles.
The Perfect Candidate is...

• organized and able to effectively manage their time
• bilingual (English/Spanish)
• experienced with events and event production
• a positive individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

How you'll spend your day...

• assisting in packing, loading, and unloading of food deliveries, supply orders, and event vehicles
• collaborating with events team to schedule and complete event pack-outs
• maintaining and tracking inventory
• assisting in upkeep of complete fleets by tracking maintenance needs and taking vehicles for regular maintenance
• maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

This job requires...

• a valid California Class C Driver's License
• insurance approval as a company driver
• minimum of one year experience in a warehouse position
• strong organizational and time management skills

Physical demands...

• ability to reach, bend, and stoop
• ability to lift 50lbs and regularly move items weighing between 30-50lbs

Job Details...

• part-time, up to 32 hours per week
• ideal schedule is 4 days a week, Friday to Monday
• the hourly wage range for this position is $21 to $31
• starting wage is dependent on experience and qualifications
