QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks.

- In this position, you will be responsible for supporting students with developmental disabilities to develop employability skills and prepare to join the workplace. You will also be responsible for classroom training in life skills to promote independent living.
- The Vocational Job Coach/Employment Specialist transports students to job site experiences, monitors and coaches at the job site, and documents progress. During classroom instruction, the Vocational Job Coach/Employment Specialist implements lesson plans developed by the Lead Vocational Coordinator.
PAY:
- $14/HR Starting Pay.
- Paid School Holidays.
- 4 Weeks of Paid Vacation: Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Break and Spring Break.

About Hope Ranch Learning Academy:
Our non-Denominational Christian Private School is set on a wooded horse ranch, and we focus on students with Autism and other learning disabilities. We use innovative teaching and classroom management techniques which include the Teaching Family Model and horse interaction as part of the academic experience.Classrooms consist of 1 Lead Teacher, 1-2 Teaching Assistants and a maximum of 15 students. The Elementary classroom has a 5:1 Student to Instructor ratio and our Middle and High School Classroom has a max of 8:1 Student to Instructor ratio.
