Required work experience, skills or education.
1. Bachelor's degree in human services (or an equivalent of working with persons with disabilities) and one year of working with persons with disabilities.
2. Previous experience in job placement.
Some Essential Functions:
1. Able to work independently, though as a part of a cohesive team unit.
2. Primary hours are Monday through Friday but have to be flexible to work weekends and evenings.
3. Proficiency on Microsoft Office.
4. Effective in communicating and working with persons with varied disabilities to assist them in attaining community employment.
5. Ability to pass local and federal background screenings.
