Job Description: Escape Ensemble Consulting is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Remote Wellness Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting wellness-focused travel experiences and supporting our clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their wellness goals, preferences, and any specific health concerns or requirements.
Wellness Program Development: Collaborate with our travel consultants and wellness partners to design customized wellness programs and itineraries tailored to the unique needs and interests of each client.
Destination Research: Research wellness destinations, resorts, and retreats worldwide to identify opportunities that align with our clients' preferences and offer exceptional wellness experiences.
Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries that incorporate wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, spa treatments, outdoor adventures, healthy dining options, and cultural experiences.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with wellness resorts, spas, instructors, and other vendors to coordinate bookings, activities, and special arrangements for our clients.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their wellness trips, offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience.
Wellness Resources: Curate and share wellness resources, tips, and recommendations with clients to support their wellness journey beyond their travel experience.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients about their wellness travel experiences, soliciting testimonials and suggestions for improvement to enhance future offerings.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wellness, hospitality, travel, or a related field.

- Proficiency in using technology and remote communication tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Certification or training in wellness-related disciplines (e.g., yoga instructor, nutritionist, wellness coach) is a plus.
