As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team Wellness Program and Communications Coordinator.

The role of the Wellness Program and Communications Coordinator is pivotal in driving engagement and awareness of benefits and wellness initiatives within our organization. This position will be responsible for crafting compelling communications, implementing effective strategies, and analyzing data to support the success of our health and well-being programs. This role will play a key role in fostering a culture of well-being and enhancing the employee experience.

This role will extend support to all five TAG companies, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Benefit Operations teams, and stakeholders. As a trailblazer, you'll contribute to establishing awareness of benefits and wellness initiatives at TAG and play a crucial role in increasing employee engagement. This initiative is instrumental to our success!

The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, creative, and an analytical individual with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for promoting employee health and well-being. Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to ambiguity, and a customer service mindset are paramount. Reporting to the Manager, Wellness Program and Communications, this position is remote.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote health and well-being programs and initiatives to employees.
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including campaigns, emails, intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Design visually appealing and informative presentations for employee benefit orientations, wellness workshops, and other events.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to employee engagement with Wellness Programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing program outcomes, employee feedback, and key performance indicators using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Coordinate health and well-being events, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum participation.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, gathering feedback and suggestions for improving wellness offerings.
  • Work closely with the Wellness Program and Communications Manager, HR department, and other stakeholders to align communication efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and industry research related to employee health and well-being communications and incorporate findings into communication strategies.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to organizational policies, brand guidelines, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field, with a focus on employee engagement or wellness preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop visually appealing presentations and engaging content.
  • Superior organization skills and detail oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform communication strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, content management systems, and social media management tools, is a plus.
  • Upholds a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and empathy in all communications and interactions.
