Virtual Assistant/Event Coordinator

We are looking for a professional virtual assistant who can assist with event planning, coordination, and online conference's logistics, technology, with seamless execution.

You will also assist with scheduling appointments, attending Zoom meetings, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts, social media, and marketing services.

You must have poise, phone/customer service skills, a strong internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer - not a Chromebook or tablet. You must have 2-3 years of experience.

This is a temporary position with an opportunity to work with us longer.

This position will start on April 2, 2024. This is a CONTRACT position.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Zoom: 1 year (Preferred)
• virtual assistance/event coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
