• Balance motherhood responsibilities with a flexible Virtual Assistant schedule
• Collaborate with other mompreneurs in the community to share insights, tips, and support
• Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline Virtual Assistant tasks
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance your Virtual Assistant services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Experience as a mom and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of balancing motherhood and a side hustle
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for Virtual Assistant tasks
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Positive and entrepreneurial mindset
