SalaryOverview:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our social media presence, support our online community, and assist with email marketing efforts. This temporary position (10 hours/week for 16 weeks) offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to various projects, including a major digital course launch. If you excel at organization, have a flair for creating visually appealing content, and can navigate community management with ease, we'd love to have you join our team.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and oversee all social media content across various platforms.
- Design and create thumbnails for "Know Like Trust" podcast episodes and social media images using Canva templates.
- Respond to comments and alert us to any particular messages that require our input
Raise*U Community Coordination:
- Foster engaging online conversations within the Raise*U community by initiating polls, asking questions, and more.
- Monitor community interactions to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Respond to community comments, resolve customer queries, and provide resources as needed.
- Craft and distribute announcements about upcoming events, podcast episodes, digital courses, etc.
Email Marketing Support:
- Develop email sequences in Kartra.
- Support live webinars by managing technical aspects and addressing student inquiries.
Organizational Tasks:
- Reorganize our Canva files for improved accessibility and efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in launching our digital course, "Brand Brilliance."
Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Advanced skills in Canva.
- Experience with Kartra is beneficial, but a willingness and ability to learn quickly is also valued.
- Experience working in residential real estate a plus but not required.
