Job Description
The Vice President of Sales will provide full-cycle strategic sales leadership to a national team of Sales Professionals/Business Development Directors.
This will include leading, coaching and mentoring a seasoned sales team to generate targeted new sales opportunities and meet line of business individual and team sales objectives. In this position, you will direct the sales team through the process of developing and consistently executing comprehensive sales strategies. A successful VP will also be driving thought leadership opportunities and client relationship development for the business, ultimately leading to successful targeted market penetration. You will provide training and coaching both formally and informally in key areas of the sales process such as prospecting, cold calling, strategic selling, service knowledge, RFP responses and proposal writing. You will plan, develop and execute sales strategies tailored to potential clients and keep informed on competitive services and pricing throughout the broader market.
The VP of Sales will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer for Healthcare+
Compensation
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $149,000 to $260,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor?s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience to include specific experience in a sales management or business development capacity.
- Experience in managing a sales team in the Healthcare space is preferred.
- Must be able to thrive in a metric oriented environment while remaining focused, organized and flexible.
- Must have strong strategic selling skills, a proven track record of success and strong project management skills.
- Must have the ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed work environment and across several levels of management.
- Must have the ability to present and represent at C-Suite conversations, both internally and externally in the marketspace
- Strong knowledge of financial impacts and prior P&L accountability, contract-managed service and Aramark business specific experience is highly desirable.
This is a remote, work-from-home role with up to 80% national travel. It is preferred that the candidate live near a major airport.
