Funeral Home Greeter

A funeral greeter welcomes funeral guests as they enter the Funeral Home or place of the calling hours. Inviting them to sign the guest registry and being available to answer questions. Other tasks include straightening up the space before and after the funeral. Assisting the family and funeral director with things during the event.

Anyone wanting to be a welcoming presence for guests at funerals can be a funeral greeter. You are the first impression of our family business so a calming, respectful demeanor is necessary.

Typical hours are anywhere from 3- 15 hours per week. No set guaranteed hours. Typical shifts in afternoon and evening.

Locations in Webster, Brighton and Rochester.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
