Title: Vice President / Quantitative Finance Analyst
Responsibilities

• Work with Model Development, Forecast Admin and Operation to provide transparency of model performance over given measurement period.
• Develop next-generation analytical dashboards with quantitative analytics, summarized executive visualizations and deep-dive analysis.
• Focus automation, acceleration and optimization of existing downstream reporting and other production/analytics processes.
• Optimize data structure and design, data quality checks, risk assessments and validations. Analyze commercial portfolio, identify trends, and extrapolate insights from quantitative or analytical results.
• Perform attribution/sensitivity analysis to understand change in model results.
• Utilize current modeling and data science principals including time-series analysis, machine learning and deep learning to develop loan loss modelling frameworks.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze trends and uncover risks and opportunities relative to portfolio management and originations.
• Support independent model validation and regulation exam activities in accordance with internal policies and U.S. Federal Reserve regulations.
• Develop and evaluate quantitative modelling and analytics projects in risk analytics and loss forecasting leveraging tools.
• Develop self-service advanced analytics frameworks to generate insights and usable recommendations and drive responsible growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, Statistics, Finance or related; and
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related quantitative occupation.
• Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing current modeling and data science principals including time-series analysis, machine learning and deep learning to develop loan loss modelling frameworks;
• Applying statistical techniques to analyze trends and uncover risks and opportunities relative to portfolio management and originations;
• Supporting independent model validation and regulation exam activities in accordance with internal policies and U.S. Federal Reserve regulations;
• Developing and evaluating quantitative modelling and analytics projects in risk analytics and loss forecasting leveraging tools; and,
• Developing self-service advanced analytics frameworks to generate insights and usable recommendations and drive responsible growth.
