The On-Site AV Service Coordinator/Technician plays a crucial role in delivering swift and effective technical support for commercial A/V systems to our valued customer. They offer client assistance, both on-site and remotely, for operating and configuring videoconferencing systems at various locations. Their responsibilities include managing and promptly responding to inbound phone calls, email inquiries, create tickets for service needs, and escalations, as well as actively engaging in on-site and remote technical troubleshooting. Additionally, they participate in designated training programs and ensure that open issues are addressed by collaborating with escalation teams to provide valuable feedback to our customers
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or technical customer support work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and hosting remote meetings
- Self-starter capable of working independently and with team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Coordinate & assist with room/system readiness, video call set-up prior to meetings
- Track and resolve trouble tickets in the Customers ticketing system
- Punctual and polished in corporate setting
- Basic PC skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Efficient troubleshooting skills
- Crestron experience a plus
