Job Description:
Responsible for developing the strategy to drive growth across AT&T Business through new Indirect Alliance Sales acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. This role will test, trial, and recruit new partners to drive velocity in new acquisition in Mid-Markets and Enterprise.
- Develop the strategy to drive growth across AT&T Business through new Indirect Alliance Sales acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Prepare and deliver high quality analysis on market trends and competitive landscape for Indirect Sales Channels.
- Identify, establish, and manage new strategic business opportunities across Indirect Sales.
- Negotiate partner agreements with Senior leaders (CEOs, CIOs, etc.) of strategic companies.
- Develop recruitment strategies to onboard new partners and align partnership activities with overall business goal.
- Fostering relationships with existing and new partners to maximize mutual growth opportunities.
- Requires extensive executive management connections to develop new sales initiatives, relationships, and product offerings.
- Provides Officers and Senior level VPs data analysis and influences key decisions that impact programs and processes to achieve company goal, targets, and initiatives.
- Requires engagement across multiple business units including Sales, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Finance Departments to develop and administer the company’s sales goals.
- Exercise significant judgement as to how to manage company resources and assets.
- May lead a team to execute recruitment initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Requires 10 or more years of relevant experience in partner sales, partner recruitment, business development and minimum two years of management responsibility.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystem and partner engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute partner agreements.
- Analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and optimize strategies for Market Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long term relationships with partners.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and drive recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred.

Our AVP – National Indirect Sales Operations salary is between $231,700 - $347,500. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
