Care Lync is a Social Services agency focused on providing Support Coordination (Service Coordination/Case Management) services to adults diagnosed with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder who are enrolled in the Department of Human Services, Medicaid Waiver Program. Our Support Coordinators work with adults to help them to navigate, understand, and secure the services needed to live independently in their home and community.

General Summary
The Vice President of Operations provides strategic direction of case management services across all programs/states. This position is responsible for establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives for case management teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direction, guidance and support to CEO and COO.
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure corporate operational, financial, expansion and compliance goals are continuously being met and exceeded.
Identify strategy that brings segmented operational workflows together into 1 centralized department.
Create strategy for onboarding and launching new programs and markets.
Work with CEO & COO on identifying KPIs that provide transparency and visibility into the overall health and direction of the specific programs that tie into company financials & objectives.
Work closely with the New Employee Recruitment department on ensuring new hires and ongoing search match the needs of consumers within each program.
Provide leadership and structure to direct reports that is focused on and supportive of meeting program compliance and financial goals of company.
Identify and rollout method and structure for how District Managers oversee teams and report program status and performance up the chain.
Work closely with Expansion team on vetting and prioritizing new programs and markets for expansion purposes.
Ensure constantly changing compliance rules and regulations are identified, communicated, and rolled out to all teams.
Partner with Corporate Trainer to enhance Care Lync University for all new hires, create training needed for newly promoted and on-going improvement of middle management.
Identify criteria that highlight when someone is ready to be promoted.
Works with the teams to solve challenges due to changes in regulation or changes in team/caseload allocation.
Partners with Compliance department to identify workflows and processes that need to be created & rolled out to answer for CAPs if/when issued.
Actively participates in identifying and implementing quality initiatives to include metrics defines by individual programs.
Assists with the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly and annual reviews.
Excellent follow-up skills - don't stop until item is confirmed and closed out.
Serve as coach/mentor to those within org to foster an environment of growth and professional improvement.
Provides ongoing support for orientation, staff development and clinical competencies.
Develops, recommends, and administers Organization policies and procedures.
Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance.
Report to COO.
Have baseline knowledge of all program requirements.
Qualifications/Skills
Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
Strong business understanding with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
5 - 10 years supervisory experience in operations or related field.
5 - 10 years multi-team management experience.
