New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to join our private oncology practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions to ensure seamless and high-quality healthcare delivery.
NECS is a private medical practice composed of 18 oncologists and hematologists serving the region from 5 different locations in Maine and New Hampshire. Our mission is to make life better for people with cancer and blood disorders. Experience :
- Proven experience as a senior Leader in Healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term organizational success
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
