Title of Position: VP of Operations
Job Description: As the Restaurant VP of Operations, you will play an integral role in the success of our quick-service restaurant chain. You will be responsible for developing and executing operational plans that ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of Operations from inventory management to staff development. Additionally, you will build relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, create cost-reduction strategies, and develop and implement new policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as managing day-to-day operations. Qualifications:
The Restaurant VP of Operations must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations
Excellent leadership and organizational skills is required for the Restaurant VP of Operations
Restaurant VP of Operations must be proficient in MS Office Suite and other software applications
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, labor laws, and operational compliance standards is required for the Restaurant VP of Operations
The Restaurant VP of Operations must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
