- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, negotiating partnerships and collaborations.
- Act as a conduit for delivering Blue Yonder information and Content to our growing list of global market influencers.
- Responsible for external influencer identification, engagement and relationship building with global market influencers. This includes but is not limited to; scheduling inquiries and briefings, securing spokespersons, providing updates, and communicating our messaging.
- Create ongoing engagement models to strengthen our relationships and keep all influencers updated on Blue Yonder news/products and drive coverage (earned and owned)
- Measure and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns to optimize and drive continuous improvement.
Social Media Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
- Drive engagement and growth through compelling content, community-building initiatives, and innovative campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Customer Advocacy and Stories:
- Develop and amplify customer success stories and testimonials.
- Implement strategies to turn customers into brand advocates, leveraging their experiences for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the Customer Advocacy team to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Thought Leadership Content Marketing:
- Work closely with executive leadership and product development teams to identify market trends and insights.
- Build and execute Content Marketing strategies that position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts.
Corporate Communications Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the corporate communications team to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
- Provide strategic input on internal and external communication initiatives.
- Collaborate on crisis management and reputation-building efforts.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and inspire a growing global team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet evolving business needs.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for influencer marketing, content creation, and social media initiatives.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership roles with a focus on influencer marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Strong background in corporate communications, crisis management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and product development teams.
