Vice President - APRN Clinical Manager for Telehealth

Collaborate with executive staff and telehealth clinicians to develop business strategies and operation development solutions.

•Present and communicate to executive level staff to initiate business relationships and establish operations

•Leverage nursing home industry knowledge to develop relationships with adminstrative entities and innovate with regard to improving telehealth services

•Lead the administrative team in support of LTHCareline

Establish and implement effective workplace procedures

•Regional Travel to sites to set up educate and monitor

•Draft, write and implement policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations

•Hire, train and monitor administrative and clinical staff

•Schedule building coverage

•Ensure each cluster of buildings has trained and dedicated staff members, track call schedule and staffing, ensure back-up clinicians have been hired and trained

•Supervise rounding schedule and ensure clinicians have completed visits

Supervise patient record organizaiton using electronic health records keeping

•Ensure facesheets are entered

•Add additional buildings into Gehrimed and integrate the notes with PCC

•Ensure new clinicians attain Gehrimed accounts and Gehrimed access

•Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, credentialing.

•Credentialing and onboarding of staff

•Facesheet submission for the different buildings

• Weekly Census for all buildings

•Reporting/Data Collection/Refining - Track the number of telemedicine visits for each building

•Manage PCM processing alongside Taskforce staff

Miscellaneous

•Customer-facing reports (Monthly) - RN hours report, Telehealth Visits, Time & Attendance

•Monitor the inventory for marketing material needs and office supplies

•Interact with nursing facility administration and address concerns

•Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews

•Ensure visits are completed to standard, in a timely fashion and meet ACP and MIPS requirements

Managerial experience required.
