What is the position?

We are looking to add a Vice President of Operations to our rapidly growing company. Our perfect candidate will exhibit the following traits:

Our ideal hire has at least three years of previous multi-location operational experience and has previous experience in a fast pace, high growth environment. We have increased 11x in size in the last three years and need our new VP to be able to keep up!

You will be responsible for overseeing our various facilities and their operations. The following roles will report directly to you:

• Golf Cart Assembly Facility Manager (SC)
• Golf Cart Assembly Facility Manager (IN)
• Orangeburg Distribution Center Facility Lead
• Customer Service / Parts Sales Lead
• HR Lead

You'll be working with the four facilities to ensure their smooth operation. This will include, but not be limited to: staying organized, reaching required KPIs, completing their scheduled projects and goal targets, have happy employees, being on top of any high-level customer service issues, proactively forecasting parts and resources needed, and any other tasks as needed for the operations to be running smoothly.

You will work directly with the C-Suite to ensure our company vision is being executed and that we continue to be set up for success for our continued expected growth. We need someone that is motivated, organized, and a great leader! We focus very strongly on the people aspect of our position and need to ensure our VP aligns with that way of thinking.

Pay: Based on Experience

To be blunt... we are growing very quickly and need someone who has experienced this fast growth before. You've had to have seen it before to be able to keep up here! The ideal candidate for this position is a natural born leader with superb people skills, one who is able to talk to anyone regardless of background. You've got to be a good person that others are drawn to and wish to work alongside. We want you to bring thought-provoking ideas and valued insight to our meetings and lift those around you to be better. Don't sweat the small stuff - see the big picture! We see opportunities and we jump on them quickly, we're not going to over-analyze everything so be prepared! You should be charismatic and enjoy going out into the community to help spread the word about Bintelli.

Bonuses and yearly raises are given in return for hard work and we also offer the following additional benefits are provided to you:

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
