- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develops ideas into solutions that leverage technology to differentiate us from our competitors.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define project priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
- Drives effective and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across all function business areas, by ensuring implemented business solutions meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement Project Management policies, processes, tools, and best practices to drive operational excellence on selected enterprise and transformation projects.
- Monitor and report on project status, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within the Project Management team.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Management professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- BS or BA in a technical, business, finance, or accounting curriculum.
- PMP and/or similar certifications
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven, effective leader, comfortable leading teams.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills at senior levels, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to help management achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Extensive change management skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or other Project Management software solutions
