Vice President Of Fixed Operations

We are seeking a strong fixed-operations minded GM looking to grow into the Norm Reeves group/platform.

Potential for this role to be based out of Southern California.

The CAR Group, a premier automotive dealership group with 15 locations spanning across three states,is seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Manager to step into the role of Vice President of Fixed Operations. Based in Dallas, TX, this pivotal leadership position offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive automotive management experience to oversee and optimize the Fixed Operations departments across our dealerships.

As the VP of Fixed Operations, you will lead and motivate a diverse team of service, parts, and collision center professionals to achieve departmental goals and exceed customer expectations.

Your expertise in automotive management will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to drive service and parts revenue growth, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the executive team, and store General Managers to align Fixed Operations initiatives with overall business objectives and contribute to the continued success and growth of the company.
