Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients and visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain client records and update necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations of the office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support or receptionist role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office management procedures is an advantage
