Leads the development and execution of multiple functions within the marketing organization. Develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies that drive band awareness, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth.
1. Partner with the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing vision and roadmap.
3. Lead the development and implementation of market strategies that constantly adjust with the changes in the business while providing guidance to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy.
4. Craft recommendations for strategic business growth by leveraging consumer research, analytics, and past marketing performance.
5. Partner on all proprietary brand marketing management strategies, evaluating brand intent and positioning, assessing market opportunities, and creating budgets and plans.
6. Develop relationships with Marketing and Sales leadership from key big brand vendors and work with them to build their brands as appropriate.
7. Oversee all in-store events, including grand openings, Holiday celebrations, and all local marketing efforts unique to strategic business needs.
8. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional team for seamless execution.
9. Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
10. Analyze marketing program results, research results, and business results to appropriately assess the effectiveness of marketing plans and makes recommendations to improve plan execution.
11. Apply insights to refine marketing strategies, improve the overall customer experience, and drive profitable growth.
Qualification
1. Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar required. MBA or other advanced graduate degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 15+ or more years of marketing experience and 10+ years of supervisory responsibility.
3. Experience in a retail environment preferred.
4. Experience managing the P & L for an eCommerce business as well as all digital marketing efforts preferred.
